Counselling specific to anxiety management will focus on relaxation techniques to manage symptoms of anxiety, identifying anxiety triggers and learning about the physiology of anxiety.
What does the Anxiety Counselling Program entail?
The Anxiety Counselling Program entails attending eight (8) sessions of the following topics:

Understanding the physiology of anxiety
Using your physiological changes as cues
The role of cognitive distortion in fuelling and maintaining anxiety
Identifying prominent cognitive distortions and finding their antidotes
Strategies in managing anxiety when it arises
Preventative strategies in anxiety management
Putting it all together
