Why choose you?
No matter where we are in life, we are vulnerable to experiencing overwhelming and unexpected challenges. Many of us have moved through life without learning how to manage these difficult emotions in an adaptive and helpful way. Seeking help is a courageous first step on a new path forward. You don’t have to feel stuck. Together we can discover your renewed sense of purpose and direction. I listen, guide, and work from a place of warmth, kindness, and compassion. I work to create a nurturing and non-judgemental environment to help you connect with your feelings and give language to your experiences.
