Anger Management Counselling

Anger is a natural emotion that we are all capable of. It is a signal that something is wrong and that we have to make a change. How you bring about this change depends on whether or not you use an appropriate expression of anger.
Is your anger disrupting your life? Relationship? Work? Perhaps your anger is too intense when it doesn't need to be. If you would like to put a lid on your anger episodes, anger management therapy counselling may be what you need.
Intimate Partner Violence

If you're a victim of Intimate Partner Violence or an offender and would like help, this program is for you. This program will help you identify areas of power and control and modify these to promote equality.
Stress Management Counselling

Nobody likes stress, but we need a little bit of stress here and there to motivate us. Stress becomes a problem when it impacts your daily functioning and affects your health.
Stress Management Counselling will focus on identifying roots of your stress and will help you find ways to manage it. We also put emphasis on self-care as a means to reduce stress.
Anxiety Management Counselling

Anxiety is your body's way of telling you to be aware and cautious. Experiencing anxiety can be scary, especially when you don't know when it's going to strike next.
Counselling specific to anxiety management will focus on relaxation techniques to manage symptoms of anxiety, identifying anxiety triggers and learning about the physiology of anxiety.
Depression Counselling

We all get sad at times, it's normal. However, depression is more than just "feeling sad". It's an overwhelming feeling of hopelessness and helplessness that just doesn't seem to go away.
Depression counselling is designed to identify and change faulty thought processes that may maintain depression. Combined with mindfulness techniques, we can work towards reducing depressive symptoms.
