Stress Management Counselling
Nobody likes stress, but we need a little bit of stress here and there to motivate us. Stress becomes a problem when it impacts your daily functioning and affects your health. Stress Management Counselling will focus on identifying roots of your stress and will help you find ways to manage it. We also put emphasis on self-care as a means to reduce stress.
